Established in 1983 in Los Angeles, California.

    Our studio work covers many aspects of design, from architectural to graphics and product design, offering services from North to South America.

    Jaime Pavez graduated in 1974 from the prestigious and internationally renowned Universidad Catolica School of Architecture in Santiago de Chile where he began his architectural career.

                           

    He moved to the Los Angeles area in 1976 where he initially honed in his graphic design skills, working as an art director and photographer..

    Not before long, he connected with the architectural local scene and sought the opportunity to work with talented architects with strong design emphasis, such as Sky Brown & Associates in Topanga, Adams & Volante in Malibu, Ron Aarons in Agoura Hills, James Heaton III and Jonathan Weston in Los Angeles among others.

    Our projects cover a wide range of Custom Residences, Condominiums, Hotels, Office Space Design, Video Production Facilities, Sound Recording Studios and Home Theatres.

    We believe the key to a productive creative alliance begins by keenly listening to a client’s vision and maintaining a good flow in dialog throughout, all of which provides the foundation to every successful job. Personalized service at every step of design, permit submittal, bidding and construction phase is what ultimately makes a difference to a client.

    The visualization of spaces designed for sound recording and performance combined with a life long interest in music, led to the expansion of the designer’s role into additional acoustic and material studies and managing the construction of private and commercial recording studios around the Los Angeles area. A hands-on approach  that involves designing and building unique acoustic elements to each studio needs.

    Graphic design work ranges from editorial and advertising art direction to film and music video set design. Web digital content and graphics becoming an absolute must to our creative environment.

    Our product design ranges from cosmetic packaging to objects and furniture design.
